Choosing Keywords
Choosing the right search terms is nycken to find the information you seek. Start with the obvious. For example if you are looking for general information on Hawaii, try Hawaii but in many cases it is better to use multiple keywords. If you plan to marry in Hawaii on vacation is the better way to prepare, for example, to search for travel to Hawaii than to simply vacation or Hawaii.
Think also about whether your search terms are sufficiently specific. It is better to search on luxury hotels Maui than on tropical island hotels
Capital letters
You can use upper and lower case. The search engine makes no difference to them.
You do not write "and"
By default, the search engine will display only pages that include all your search terms.You do not write, and between words. Also note that the order you enter words in affects their results. To restrict a search further, use more words.
Automatic exclusion of common words
The search engine ignores common words and characters such as "where" and "how" because they tend to slow down your search without improving the results.
If a common word is essential to getting the results you can include it by putting a plus sign (+) in front of the word. Keep in mind to insert a space before the plus sign.
Another way to get to a common word in the search is to do a phrase search. It simply means putting quotation marks around two or more words. All words are within quotation marks included, then in the search.
Phrase Searches
If you only want results that contain an exact phrase, simply put quotation marks around your search terms.
Negative keywords
If a keyword has more than one meaning (bass, for example, refer to fishing or music, you can refine your search by putting a minus sign (-) before the word you want to avoid
